Your remaining retreat balance will be due on Day 1 of your retreat, paid in cash USD upon arrival.

Your application will be processed in 2-5 business days, and we will follow up with you via email with your approval email, which contains a travel and preparation document.

In any cases where past or current medical conditions, medications, or diagnoses deem you unfit or unsafe to work with Ayahuasca, we would like to kindly deny your application and refund your deposit in full. Retreat deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable for reasons other than medical safety risks at the time of application.

If for any reason you do not show up in person to the retreat, your credit card on file will be charged for your remaining retreat balance. Thank you for your understanding!

REGISTRATION

By clicking the links above to register and book your space for our retreats, you will be redirected to our secure booking platform, hosted by Retreat Guru. As part of the registration process, you will be required to complete a detailed medical history and personal questionnaire, which is a necessary step for participation.

To ensure the safety and well-being of yourself, fellow participants, facilitators, staff, and curanderos, we kindly ask that you provide honest, detailed, and thorough responses. The screening process is a critical step, and we strongly encourage you to share as much relevant information as possible.

Working with Ayahuasca requires careful preparation and consideration of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as certain medical conditions or medications may present contraindications. By providing accurate and complete responses, you help us create a safe, informed, and intentional retreat environment for yourself and all participants.

Payment POLICY

Upon submitting your application, you will be directed to a payment page to place a $2,000 USD non-refundable deposit to secure your retreat space. The remaining balance will be due on Day 1 of the retreat, payable in cash (USD) upon arrival. Applications are reviewed within 2–5 business days, and if accepted, you will receive an approval email along with a travel and preparation guide.

If, after reviewing your medical history, medications, or diagnoses, we determine that it is unsafe for you to work with Ayahuasca, your application will be declined, and your deposit will be fully refunded. For all other circumstances, retreat deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Additionally, if you fail to attend the retreat, the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card on file.
