Leading up to the event, Caitlyn will hold a virtual container of preparation and integration, guiding you through practices that awaken voice, deepen into ritual, and uncover your truth. During the retreat she will lead expressive workshops woven with creativity, poetry, and embodied ceremony to help you reconnect with your authentic voice and deeper heart‐wisdom.
